Please refer to this policy to understand our fees when applicable.

NSF Fees:
Website Hosting & Maintenance payments are due monthly and are set up as a recurring auto payment subscription. If auto payment fails, there will be a NSF (Non Sufficient Funds) fee assessed in the amount of $10.

 This fee will be assessed anytime a payment or invoice is returned unpaid due to in sufficient funds.

We will not assess more than 3 NSF fees per failed payment transaction.

Late Fees:
Late Fees are $10, and will be assessed after 5 days of payment due dates. Late fees will continue to be assessed in 5 day increments up to 30 days.

Reinstatement Fees:
Payments that exceed 30 days late will be at risk of website being taken offline with or without notice. Websites taken offline will require a reinstatement fee of $25.

This fee "Must" be paid with all other fees assessed and past due payments in order for website to be reinstated and placed back online.

Invoice Fees:
If at anytime an invoice has to be sent and the auto payment cancelled, there will be a $5 per invoice fee assessed at the time the invoice is requested or sent.
