While most sites are indexed in as little as 48 - 72 hours, we can't make any predictions or guarantees about when or if submitted URLs will appear in search results. You can check the status by searching for the website URL (companyname.com) in Google and seeing if it the site comes up in search results.

If you’d like to upgrade from our ”Sparkle” Hosting & Maintenance Package to our “Shine” Hosting & Maintenance Package at any time, you may do so by contacting us.

You may also contact us to downgrade from our “Shine” Hosting & Maintenance Package to our “Sparkle” Hosting & Maintenance Package at any time.

Upgrading may require a prorated charge depending on request. Downgrading may provide a credit, which will be refunded within 72 hrs of change.
Am I Able To Cancel My Hosting & Maintenance Package?

Absolutely! Although we’d be sad to loose you as a client, we understand. If there is anything we could do better to keep your website online with us, please let us know.

Cancellation can be requested by contacting us at anytime. Please keep in mind that your website will be taken off line & will be deleted from our servers within 30 days of cancellation.

We will be unable to retrieve your website or its content after deletion. If you’d like to restore your website after 30 days, you’d have to purchase design & development to have a new website built.

*Your domain can be transferred to any website of choice after cancellation as long as it continues to be renewed annually.
